Mid-day Update

From the Author

Sometimes I find that I don't have enough "unique" dots to share until the day is nearly halfway done. Today is one of those days. Plenty of links being shared around the usual spots, but I try to make it a point to not share the exact same thing the other sites are sharing. Sometimes I find that I get ready to publish a post of dots and the other sites have the same links, so I have to go back and replace them. Other times I feel that they need to be shared regardless of the duplication on other design news sites. Part of the job, I guess.

Amazon Days Left

From the Author

Shopping for Christmas presents, for me, always meant hitting up the mall at one of the last days of shopping. There were always TV and radio ads saying "2 shopping days left!". I think that's transitioned to "2 amazon prime days left".

Pagination for the Nation

From the Author

Webflow just launched pagination for their collection lists. This is probably one of the most-requested features that has been a pain in everyone's side. Understandably, pagination isn't just a simple thing to implement when you have such flexibility in your product. But, the pain of knowing that countless CMS systems come pre-baked with pagination was always a sad feeling. Well, those days are gone. Top of the Dots for you, paginated Webflow!

Road Rage

From the Author

So I apparently have a bad case of road rage nested deep inside my soul, and it manifests any time I drive through Miami or Los Angeles traffic. The drivers in these cities just seem to draw it out of me so easily. It takes quite a bit of effort to keep my composure. I may have yelled at a few dozen people during my drive down yesterday. To those that I gave the stink eye to: I apologize.

Moar Travel

From the Author

After flying to the other side of the country last week, I'll be on the road for a good part of the day today, so I'm trying to pre-fill the dots. Driving for 8 hours sucks, doesn't really matter what your destination is.
